Our Process
Verbal/Proposal/Contract
Trust with your handyman or general contractor is key to a well run, timely and within budget project. Our process is to openly discuss your project, timeline, budget and challenges associated with your goals. We invest in conversation with all decision makers in your project so the end goal is clear.
Then, we go to work in the background to research best products, tools, price, timeline, subs needed, etc and create a written proposal.
We present it to you and if we are all on the same page, we turn the proposal into a contract and put your project on the calendar.
Small Upgrades
All projects deserve the same due diligence and process. All of our projects fulfill design and functionality. We care about the details. If you have multiple small projects, we approach all of them to be done within a budget and timeline to meet your satisfaction.
Large Projects
Medium to Large projects deserve conversation and detailed planning. Let us lead you through the process. We are skilled and networked with trusted subs, if needed for any home improvement. Some projects require separate contracts from subs like concrete, roofing etc. However, we will serve as your General Contractor managing the entire project.
